The markup allows partner directors to add a percentage mark to their indirect enterprise agreements. The mark-up percentage applies to all Microsoft service information for the first parties on the Azure EA portal, z.B.: counter rate, Azure pre-payment and orders. After the markup was published by the partner, the customer sees azure-Kosten in the Azure EA Portal. For example, usage summaries, price lists and downloaded usage reports. A customer`s billing frequency is annual, quarterly or monthly. The billing cycle is determined when a customer signs their contract. Monthly billing is the smallest billing interval. Compare your entire enterprise portal in the > usage summary reports with your service overrun bill. The service over-bill includes usage that exceeds your organization`s balance and/or services that are not covered by the balance. The amounts in the usage summary do not include taxes. The Azure Enterprise portal automatically generates a standard order number (PO), unless the business administrator sets one before the billing date.
A business administrator can update the order number up to seven days after receiving an automated invoice notification email. Some products and services provided by third-party sources do not use Azure Azure Prepayment. Instead, these items are billed separately as part of the surreal standard billing cycle. Microsoft has announced changes when customers will be charged for exceeding their Azure currency commitment. Historically, this was quarterly or annual, depending on the type of contract that was amended quarterly for all types of customers and contracts in December 2017. At the end of each month, all new and renewed Enterprise Agreement (EA) will be burdened. This change does not affect current records before they expire. The resource rate shown in the detailed usage report is a calculated value. It represents the average monthly rate calculated for the service. The resource rate is based on the average of your monthly commitment and your monthly overpayment fee for a service unit. The portion of the usage calculated for your commitment and overrun rate changes on the closing date of the month.
As a result, the reported resource rate also varies over the course of the month. The resource rate is blocked on the fifth day after the end of the month. Registration has one of the following status values. Each value determines how you can use and access a record.
